The material is heavy duty high carbon steel, thickness is 1/4'', you can cut it into any length of you want

Our instructions step by step with fractional measurements in inch, have detailed word instructions with pictures

1. Mark and drill track and bracket holes

  • 5FT Double track bypass have 1X5ft long sliding track with joints, Pre-drilled 16" apart holes on track
  • Keeping the tracks level is VERY IMPORTANT
  • 2 X 5FT tracks
  • If the studs don't line up with the pre-drilled holes in the rail or there is a doorway trim, you can add a headboard

2. Install the inside track use spacers and bolts

  • Our bolt is 8.8 grade high strengh bearing capacity, fit for concrete wall and wooden wall
  • If your door is thicker than 1-3/4" or have doorway trim, we have 1-3/4'' spacer can free for you
  • 8 X 1-3/8'' spacers

3. Attach brackets to the wall and install the outside track

  • The bracket consists of two parts，split design is more stable and load-bearing capacity is higher
  • One track hang one door, the door can slide on track where you want.
  • 4 X brackets

4. Install Door Stoppers with wrench on 2 tracks

  • Stopper can prevent the door falling off from the track, one door have 2 stoppers, ensure the stability and safety
  • Rubber covered, good damping effect, reduce the noise
  • Use 2 screws to fix stopper on track, it is very fastening
  • You can put it on track where you want to stop your door, easy to remove if you want adjust
  • 4 X stoppers

5. Attach steel hangers to your doors

  • Door weight capacity is 200lb, fit for door thickness is 1-3/8" ~ 1-3/4"
  • We have different bolts for your different thickness door if you need, please tell us, we will free for you.

6. Hang your door and install Anti-jump Pad on top of door

  • Anti-jump Pad can prevent door to be lifted off rail, ensure the stability and safety

7. Adjusting your door the opening and closing positions then install floor guide

  • Floor guide can prevent the door swinging out or up against the baseboard, let your door slide on same locus

8. How to choose size？

  • Track's length should be at least of total door width or the openning (you can use the track which is a little bit longer). For example, if you have two doors that are each 30'' wide, you will need 2*30'' = 60'' long track. or if your opening is 60'' wide, you will need at least 60'' long track
  • The gap between inner door&wall is about 5/8'' , the gap between two door panels is about 2'' ( based on door thickness: 1-9/16'' )
  • Ceiling space from top of the door to ceiling only need 9''
